Does it speak Arabic well?

Yes. We use models with strong Arabic capability and test with native Qatari speakers before launch, including dialect tolerance and code-switching with English. Translation quality is not conversation quality. We test for both.

How does it integrate with our ticketing system?

How long until launch?
